Returns and Exchanges
We have changed our returns and exchanges policy for our clearance sale. Unlike usual we are not accepting refunds as we are closing our doors.
If you would like to exchange your item please email me to see whether I have something for you. We know that it may be frustrating
- Please contact me here as soon as you know you'd like to exchange because you will have the best chance of getting something to replace it this way.
Terms and conditions for exchanges
- The garment must not have been worn or laundered.
- In the case of a faulty garment, no attempt has been made to repair it.
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
